The Emma Maltby 4th Midsummer Ball

ben & sue browning and cath & mark doddHeld at Hall Parks Farm on the 9th June in Walton, the Ball is in memory of Emma Maltby and her father Peter Rawson, both of whom died of cancer at young ages.

Over 420 guests enjoyed a magical summer's evening consisting of Champagne reception with crudités musically accompanied by Orgatronics and Interactive Entertainment by Arena, The Entertainment Consultants. This was followed by a three course dinner catered by The Yorkshire Party Company.

As well as a raffle a diamond was presented as a prize, kindly donated by Herbert Brown Ltd. A fabulous auction included 'lots' of Wimbledon Tickets, a corporate Golf day for 30 at Wetherby Golf Club and a framed Brazil Shirt Signed by Pele. Entertainment was given by the party band Huge.

The event raised £25,000 and will go towards funding Learning Mentors based at the children and teenage cancer unit at St James's University Hospital.
