Emmerdale Classic

Sponsored by Black Sheep Brewery and attended by the cast of Emmerdale the event took place at Rudding Park on Sunday 16th September.

For the 6th successive year Wooden Spoon was the beneficiary of this event, ‘Spoon’ is the charity of Rugby Football Union in the UK and Ireland; formed 23 years ago its Royal Patron is HRH Princess Royal.

This year this event will have raised £24,000, which with matched funding from Wooden Spoon Nationally, will mean disadvantaged youngsters in Yorkshire will benefit from projects to the value of £48,000.
