Body Brilliance is a specialist weight loss studio based in Birkenshaw (near Ikea at Birstall) that is home to The Vacunaut & the Hypoxi S120! Two of the most hi-tech and effective weight loss tools available that promise to give similar results to weight loss surgery!

Hypoxi therapy allows you to target where you burn fat from ensuring that any work you put in will be visibly noticeable either from your midriff (by using the Vacunaut) or from your hips, thighs and bottom (using the Hypoxi S120). Hypoxitherapy is much cheaper and safer than surgery and is proven to work!

A course of 12 sessions is usually recommended and taken over the period of one month. Depending on what you would like to achieve and how happy you are with your figure at the moment will determine exactly how many sessions you will need. A sensible diet is advised and with strict use you really can achieve brilliant long lasting results!

The Vacunaut targets fat loss from the stomach, waist and hips while also rejuvenating and refirming the whole midriff area! You wear something similar to a wet suit but this suit is specifically designed so that when you are connected up to the control panel, the 122 chambers that are around the middle of the suit, carry out Vacuum therapy on your midriff. This naturally increases the blood circulation to the fat cells that sit at this area and your body is able to break them down much easier and uses this fat as fuel for the walking being carried out on the treadmill! Each session lasts 40 minutes as this is the optimum time for fat burning in this way and the client’s heart rate is monitored and kept within the fat burning zone.

The Hypoxi S120 targets fat & cellulite loss from the hips, thighs and bottom and is very popular with woman especially for smoothing the appearance of the skin which in turn gets rid of those dimples! It consists of a gel seat and pedals in a pod, which is sealed, so is totally airtight. Individual programmes are designed specifically for the client so it can be used to get rid of fluid retention which is often over the knees and thighs, for fat & cellulite loss or for sports regeneration therapy. It utilises a combination of vacuum and compression therapy and is the latest updated version from Hypoxi!

The Vacunaut & Hypoxi S120 are not like any other treatments out there. Any treatment that claims to help you lose fat whilst lying on a bed will release water retention but this is not what they do at Body Brilliance.

Because you are breaking the fat down from specific areas whilst muscle contractions are taking place you can ensure that the inches you are losing is due to fat loss. Yes… you can go to the gym and also achieve fat loss which is great for those of you that can motivate yourselves to get there, but what you cannot do in the gym is decide where you will burn your fat from, that will only be determined by your body and your natural shape!
