good texture leading to a fine

A fresh, crisp, citrus, steely
wine with plenty of flavour,
good length and great
balance, this Chablis shows all
the character of this great
wine producing area. Perfect
with the Turkey.
Chateau Ramage La Batisse,
1998

Located on the left bank of
the Gironde in the Haut
Medoc near Pauillac and its
classified growths, sharing
similar soils that are a mix of
gravel and sand. The motto of
Ramage La Batisse is Òrigour
and qualityÓ. The wine is
packed with ripe soft fruit
with an abundance of mellow
tannins, which give this wine
its great length and balance.
Nicely aged the 1998 is
drinking well now and will
complement most dinner
parties over the festive season.

part, the pudding wine.
Intense flavours, citrus,
apricot and honey combined
with vanillin oak. Made from
botrytis infected Semillon

balance gives this wine a
lingering after-palate. Ideal
for that touch of luxury.
