Desperate British Housewives

Its official, British housewives sexual frustrations are amazingly similar to the top TV show Desperate Housewives.

According to a renowned sex therapist that had comprehensive research study compiled. The majority of British housewives believe (but they would not admit it to there husbands) their love lives could be improved. Apparently only one in three British women are comfortable with the quality of their sex life and only one in five think they're getting enough sex. As women get older they either get more demanding or men are getting less interested, as the stats show: one in 10 30 something women say they are not happy with the quality of their sex life. One in four 40 something women feel the same. And believe it or not twice the amount of 50 something women compared to 30 something women say they are not happy with the amount they are getting.

Increase sex time

41% of British women feel that with the pressure to bring in a second income, as well as looking after the husband and kids leaves them too tired to be intimate and are far too exhausted for sex.

OUR ADVICE: Communication is the answer; remember he gets tired and runs out of steam as much as you do. Apportioning blame is not the answer. If you want something bad enough you will make time. It's too easy to let the days go by, slowly days turn in to weeks and weeks turn in to months and so on. It may end in one of you having an affair, so discuss it and find a solution..

Romance

Most women like to be made to feel special, as do men, even though they will react in a manly way when it happens. One in three women say they love romance (I thought it would have been more).

OUR ADVICE: Again make time, when you have been together a long time it is all too easy to fall in to bad habits. Remember if you're thinking about it, chances are your partner is. Start to say I love more often and mean it. Say it with passion. Give little hugs and kisses. Buy small gifts and flowers. In other words put some effort in and don't be embarrassed.

Impulse

Don't say, "I'm too old for all this", 20% of women would love spontaneous sex (hopefully with you, but if you ignore the above, donÕt be surprised if it's not).

OUR ADVICE: No one wants steak every day. Impulse is fun. Even if it goes wrong or you get caught, so what, it will give you something to laugh about later. Remember a woman's sexual appetite gets higher as they get older. If you're running out of ideas get a sex manual or buy some porn. We live in a new century and now with the internet, "discretion" has never been more secure - no more top-shelf stares.
